Owner's personal profile > the business page (page DMs get buried). But FB has no shortcut — you find the owner's name in public records, then search FB.

The method (per shop): ① tap 🏛️ Owner name (records) → OpenCorporates shows the LLC's registered owner/officer (public record, free). ② Copy that name → tap 🔎 Owner on FB → search their name + city → find the real person (cross-check their profile mentions the business). ③ Send a friend request OR message — keep it human (openers below). Heads up: cold DMs to personal profiles land in their Message Requests folder (often unseen) and FB restricts accounts that mass-add strangers. The phone you already have is the most direct line to the owner — don't sleep on it.
