📞 Receptionist-Intent Leads — warm inbound

We are looking to signing up for a Virtual Receptionist. I have calls this upcoming week with the following… Voice for Pest, Pest AI, Avoca, Focus, Virtual Assistants. Does anyone have feedback, pros/cons on any of these services? We are primarily looking for the service to answer calls on weekends, afterhours, and potentially overflow calls.

I run a small HVAC business and it's usually just me or one of the guys answering the phone between jobs. When we're in someone's house, driving, or dealing with an install nobody is picking up… a lot of people never leave voicemails. They just call once and move on. For emergency jobs or same-week appointments that probably means I'm losing work without even knowing it. I've been looking at AI receptionists because I don't really need a full-time person and i dont have a budget as well.

Anyone wanna talk me out of switching to an AI phone answering service? I reviewed all the calls I have received the last 6 months… out of the hundreds of calls only 10 became paying clients.

I run my online store basically solo… the one thing that keeps tripping me up is phone calls. I cant always pick up… when i dont pick up customers get annoyed, leave bad reviews, or just never come back. Had a few situations where i missed a call from someone who was about to place a big order and they just went elsewhere.

I have a seasonal business that gets hectic quick… I don't bother hiring anyone to answer the phone… I don't answer calls all day as my phone non-stop rings, but I have my voicemail setup to tell customers to text me.

I have a trade business, my phone number is our point of contact. It relies on me and only me — if im busy its missed calls, lost text messages, days to get back to people, lost work, forgetting information whilst driving. My missed-calls message bank fills up in less than a couple of days.
